Hohhot Metro Film Screen Project: Elevating Public Transit with Light and Art
We are pleased to showcase the Hohhot Metro Film Screen Project, where we transformed functional subway entrances into vibrant portals of art and information. This installation merges cutting-edge transparent film screen technology with creative design, enhancing the daily commute with visual engagement and elevating the aesthetic quality of urban public space.
The project involved outfitting three key subway entrances with a total of 150 square meters of high-definition transparent LED film, featuring a fine P10 pixel pitch. This custom solution ensures excellent clarity and brightness, displaying dynamic content while maintaining the transparency and architectural lines of the entrance structures. The screens serve a dual purpose: as captivating digital canvases by night and as sleek, modern design elements by day.
The displayed content—featuring serene imagery of blue skies, clouds, and blossoms—introduces a touch of nature and tranquility into the bustling urban environment. This artistic approach softens the industrial feel of the transit infrastructure, creating a more welcoming and visually soothing experience for passengers against the backdrop of the city's night lights.
